The project for M Development included Modern system balustrades with clear VSG 44.2 glass laminated with MilkyWhite interlayer. The solution allows the installation of the “J” glazing profile at a set height, creating a space between the glass and the handle.
Aluminium balustrades were face-mounted to the balcony slab on Q-M80 steel anchor plates in combination with a Q-S650/30 core, and the aesthetic finish was provided by an aluminium system drip cap. The aluminium and glass balustrade design was complemented by door panels and the Attic Vertical balustrade, creating coherent structures.
For the Modern balustrade (upper infill), safety glass for balustrades was used – clear VSG 44.2 with MilkyWhite interlayer. Structures powder-coated in RAL 9006 MAT highlighted the nature of the project and met the requirements typical for the installation of balustrades (Nowodvorce). The Juliet balconies were filled with VSG 44.2 clear glass.
Aluminium ensures durability and design freedom, which is why the balustrade manufacturer QUASPE recommends it in residential projects where the aesthetics of modern balcony balustrades and the quality of local implementations in Nowodworce are important.
