QUASPE systems
1. What products does QUASPE offer?
QUASPE is a provider of aluminium and glass systems, offering extruded profiles produced using dies of our own design as well as standard profiles. The offer includes systems for balcony balustrades, Juliet balcony balustrades, sliding enclosures, fixed enclosures and terrace canopies. The systems have been designed to ensure visual consistency and universal application. Complete systems can also be supplied with the required infill materials.
2. Is the glass used in balustrades safe for children and animals?
In our solutions, we use laminated glass (VSG) and laminated toughened glass (VSG/ESG), depending on the requirements. We have tested infills in various ways, which allows us to consciously select safe solutions and ensure safety for all users. 3. Are quotation and site survey services chargeable?
The quote is completely free of charge. Simply send us the basic information about the system you are interested in purchasing. We do not provide site measurement services for the purpose of preparing a quotation.
4. What is the order lead time?
The lead time depends on the type of system and the scope of the order. As a rule: raw profiles – 2 weeks, powder-coated profiles – 4 weeks, prefabricated profiles – 6 weeks, system order with glass – 8 weeks. The lead time is always confirmed individually.
5. Do you offer installation and removal of old balustrades?
We do not provide services related to the removal of existing balustrades. Our offer covers only the sale of complete system solutions.
6. Do QUASPE products meet safety standards and do they require maintenance?
All our systems have been designed with safe use in mind, and their strength has been confirmed by a structural engineer and strength tests. Aluminium and glass do not require maintenance; periodic cleaning is enough to keep them looking excellent for years.
