The QUASPE fixed glass enclosure system can be used both inside and outside the building. The versatility of the profiles used in the structure is a major advantage of our system, as they can be applied in a wide range of projects.
The profiles make it possible to create, among other things:
Powder coating in colours from the RAL palette increases the attractiveness of the solutions, allowing them to aesthetically match the surroundings. The number of visible connections reduced to a minimum and the system designed with attention to the smallest details creates a unique effect and increases the aesthetics of the development.
48x20x2 mm partition profile – a horizontal system profile. It is used both to create the enclosure frame and, where required, to divide it. "U" partition profile and "L" partition profile with clip are screwed to it using stainless steel screws.
"U" partition profile – a profile that can be attached to both the upper and lower 48x20x2 mm partition profile. The enclosure infill is placed in this profile.
"L" partition profile with clip – a profile that can be attached to the lower partition profile. The enclosure infill is placed in this profile.
Glass – monolithic toughened glass (ESG) 6/8 mm, laminated glass (VSG) or laminated and toughened glass (VSG/ESG) 33.1 or 44.2 can be used.
44.2 glass means two glass panes, each 4 mm thick, joined together with two interlayers, with a total thickness of approximately 8 mm. The bonding of the elements (toughened or non-toughened panes) takes place in the so-called lamination process – in vacuum conditions under high temperature. It is possible to select both the colour of the glass and its transparency by using the appropriate interlayer.
Composite panel – consists of two outer layers of aluminium and an inner core forming the infill layer. The material has excellent mechanical properties, high impact resistance, increased stiffness and reduced weight. The range of colours offered by manufacturers of this material, its opacity and resistance to changing weather conditions mean that it can be used for balcony partitions.
HPL – a layered thermosetting material. It is made of several or a dozen or so layers of paper which, after being impregnated with phenolic resin, are pressed under high pressure and temperature. This process produces compact HPL panels and thin HPL laminates. For balustrades, it is essential to select a panel intended for outdoor use.
