In the project in Choroszcz, balcony partitions were used based on QUASPE system profiles for fixed glass enclosure, enabling precise separation of space between the premises. The infill was made of Stacbond STB-413 and STB-439 boards, depending on the installation location on the building, and the enclosure profiles were powder-coated in RAL 7035 MAT, thanks to which the whole fits into the aesthetics of modern housing estates in Choroszcz. The project also included aluminium and glass balustrades, creating a coherent usable space.
The balcony partition consists of horizontal load-bearing profiles 48×20×2 mm to which “U” glass profiles are screwed. In the case of the described project, aluminium profiles 50×30×2 mm were used vertically, connected to the supporting profile with self-drilling screws 4.8×25 mm. The system enables the creation of partitions of various proportions and stable mounting, which has proven to be a good solution for separating balconies on a common slab.
Balcony partitions improve the functionality of balconies and guarantee privacy for residents. The solutions offered by the manufacturer of fixed enclosures QUASPE allow you to precisely adapt the enclosure to the architecture of the building.
