Project for RS Budownictwo S.A. included a wide range of system balustrades, with the leading Classic Cover balustrade using two colours of Stacbond fascia panels – STB-478 and STB-420 – matched to the location of the balconies in relation to the building’s façade. They were complemented by Supreme balustrades filled with VSG/ESG 44.2 glass, graphite on one side, laminated with one layer of clear interlayer and one layer of Stopsol Supersilver Grey interlayer, balcony partitions and Juliet balcony balustrades. Sliding enclosures were also used, creating the effect of a glass façade.
The balustrades and enclosures used were designed with durability, aesthetics and comfort of use in mind.
Classic Cover balustrades – the infill is made of 44.2 VSG graphite laminated glass in the upper part and a Stacbond composite board in the lower infill (STB-478 or STB-420). Powder-coated aluminium structure in RAL 7016 MAT and RAL 9002 MAT.
Supreme balustrades – filled with 44.2 VSG/ESG Stopsol Supersilver Grey glass, providing subtle reflections and limiting the amount of light reaching the interior, which helps maintain a comfortable temperature. Powder-coated structure in RAL 7016 MAT.
Balcony partitions are made of system profiles for fixed glass enclosures, powder-coated in RAL 7016 MAT. VSG 44.2 graphite glass with MilkyWhite interlayer was used as the infill, which allows for privacy while allowing light to enter.
Sliding enclosures filled with 6 mm ESG glass with a Stopsol Supersilver Grey coating, limiting heating and emphasising the modern character of the system. Enclosure powder-coated in RAL 7016 MAT.
Juliet balcony balustrades are made of transparent OptiWhite 88.4 VSG/ESG glass with a clear interlayer, which ensures maximum transparency. All elements maintain a consistent aesthetic thanks to the RAL 7016 MATT construction.
The project at Sosnowskiego Street in Białystok shows a wide range of available QUASPE system solutions, which met the requirements for the installation of balustrades in Białystok.
Aluminium offers durability and design flexibility, which is why the balustrade manufacturer QUASPE recommends it for residential projects where the aesthetics of modern balcony balustrades and the quality of local implementations in Białystok are important.
