In the project carried out for M Development at ul. Łąkowa in Porosły, we used the following system balustrades: Attic Glass and Top Glass – visually consistent, but differing in the method of installation. Attic Glass was mounted to the parapet on Q-M100 steel anchor plates with a Q-S650/30W long core, while Top Glass was anchored top-mounted on the balcony slab. Both solutions are based on an identical construction base – posts, a handrail with a glass channel and a “J” closing profile. The infill was made of clear VSG 44.2 glass, and all elements were powder-coated in RAL 7024 MAT, creating tasteful aluminium and glass balustrades in Porosły.
VSG 44.2 safe glass balustrades and aluminium structures powder-coated in RAL 7024 MAT were used. Different installation systems – attic for Attic Glass and upper for Top Glass – made it possible to adapt to various installation conditions of balustrades in Porosły.
Aluminium allows you to create light and durable modern balcony balustrades, and their structural versatility means that the balustrade manufacturer QUASPE uses them in projects that require aesthetics and reliability. This approach raises the standard of local implementations (Porose) and fits into the needs of modern housing estates.
