The project for M Development was based on Classic Cover system balustrades with clear VSG 44.2 glass and Stacbond STB-417 fascia panel. The structure was made of aluminium profiles in RAL 7022 MAT colour, and steel mounting brackets painted to match the colour ensured a consistent visual effect. The balustrades were face-mounted to the balcony slab. This is the first building as part of the Berberys project – after its completion, contracts for subsequent stages were signed, which confirmed the quality of the solutions used and workmanship. The result is a clear, aesthetic aluminium and glass balustrade that fits into the character of modern housing estates in Porosły.
The project used safe glass in the balustrades and a Stacbond composite board, and the structure in RAL 7022 MAT colour guaranteed durability and aesthetics typical of professional installation of balustrades in Porosły.
