The project for M Development included Classic Cover system balustrades with clear VSG 44.2 glass and Stacbond STB-414 fascia panel, face-mounted on individually made mounting brackets adapted to the various surfaces of the balconies. The whole was complemented by partitions and enclosures made of Stacbond composite boards with irregular forms. The main challenge was to precisely connect the housings with the balustrades at the bends of the slabs so that they created a coherent line. The obtained effect is an architectural solution rarely found in aluminium and glass balustrades in Porosły.
Safety glass in the balustrades and Stacbond composite panels were used. The aluminium enclosures were powder-coated in RAL 7024 MAT. In addition to the balustrades, aluminium was also used to make a substructure for the installation of composite panels in balcony enclosures. Rectangular pipes 80x40x2 mm were used for this purpose. The solutions ensured stability and aesthetics typical of the installation of balustrades in Porosły.
