We ended 2021 with another important contract! This time, QUASPE has started the project of the Boutique Tenement House II project in Białystok, in which our aluminium balustrades with reflective glass will play the main role.

Our balustrades will give the building a modern character, and in the case of this project, the glass panes in the reflections of light will create the effect of a reflective wall, which subtly changes depending on the time of day and the angle of incidence of light. Thanks to this, each balcony will become a visually light, yet clearly separated and intimate space. The balustrades will be complemented by sliding balcony enclosures, which create a coherent, aesthetic whole. This solution not only increases the comfort of residents, but also affects the perceived shape of the building.

The Boutique Tenement House II project shows that our aluminium systems are not only durable, but also versatile – they allow architects and investors to creatively shape the space, and provide residents with comfort and privacy.
