We are proud to announce the completion of works on the second stage of the Berberys II project in Porosły, carried out by M Development. This is one of those projects in which modern design meets precision of workmanship, and the final effect is very impressive.

We used our QUASPE aluminium and glass balustrades, supplemented with enclosures made of composite boards in a unique copper colour, on four residential buildings. This solution not only emphasises the character of the façade, but also introduces a warm, elegant accent to the architecture. Thanks to their subtle shine and play of light, composite boards contrast beautifully with the modern shape of the buildings, creating a coherent and stylish whole.

The Berberys II project is an example of how, thanks to thoughtful details and high-quality materials, you can achieve an effect that delights both the investor and future residents. We are already looking forward to the autumn weather – the colours of copper combined with shades of gold and red leaves will certainly give this place an even more unique character.

Interesting fact: Our cooperation with M Development is a long-standing history that we are building on a solid foundation of trust, professionalism and a common vision of quality. So far, we have completed over 4, 000 linear metres of balustrades on 25 buildings belonging to this developer’s projects. Each of them is a different project, different challenges, but the same goal – creating aesthetic, durable and functional solutions.

And that’s not the end! Currently, another 1, 000 linear metres of balustrades are under construction, which will soon become part of new, equally impressive M Development projects.
