March 2025 brought further impressive projects that perfectly demonstrate how versatile our aluminium and glass balustrade systems can be used. From small buildings to multi-story apartment buildings – wherever quality, aesthetics and durability matter, QUASPE appears.

The first of our March projects is the Łąkowa Apartments in Białystok, implemented for Kombinat Budowlany. The investor and the designer chose an unusual solution – a glass fascia panel painted in a shade of brown, which perfectly matches the architecture of the building. As part of the work, we performed, among others: aluminium and glass balustrades on balconies and external stairs, a balustrade at the terrace attic and a glass roof over the balcony.

Another project is an extensive project at Kraszewskiego Street in Białystok, implemented by the JAZ-BUD company. It is a complex of buildings reaching 12 floors, in which our aluminium and glass balustrades play a key role in shaping the modern façade. Thanks to them, the entire structure gained lightness and elegance, and the project gained a premium character.

The Ciepła Apartments project, run by ASKO, is no less impressive. These are tall, multi-family buildings where QUASPE balustrades combined with three different types of glass created an extremely interesting visual effect. Varied infills gave the façade rhythm and dynamics, emphasising the individual style of this project. Our scope of work included the construction of balustrades and balcony partitions.

Each of these projects shows the scale of the possibilities of our systems and confirms that balustrades can be both a protective and decorative element. These are the details that determine the character of the building and the quality of its finishing.
