November 26, 2021 was a day of great satisfaction – the first full project! Building C in the “Twoja Niemeńska” project for M Development has been completed, and our aluminium and glass balustrades with frosted glass infill were presented in their full glory.

In this project, we wanted to combine aesthetics, functionality and durability. Balustrades reaching from the bottom of the balcony slab to the handrail provide residents with full privacy and harmoniously fit into the modern architecture of the building. Thanks to the use of our proprietary aluminium profiles pressed on dies developed by us, the installation was efficient and trouble-free, which allowed the project schedule to be met.

The construction of “Twoj Niemeńska” was a unique experience for us – it was the first project implemented using our balustrade system. Thanks to it, we were able to test our solutions in practice and make sure that both functionality and appearance meet the expectations of the investor and future residents.

The completion of this project showed that QUASPE effectively combines innovative aluminium technologies with the practical needs of multi-family construction. For us, it was also a moment of pride and motivation for further development – further projects were already waiting.

This was the first of many successes that we could celebrate in the following months, developing the QUASPE offer and introducing innovative aluminium solutions into subsequent projects.
