At QUASPE, we believe that a well-coordinated team is the key to success. Therefore, apart from everyday work on aluminium and glass balustrade designs and modern aluminium systems, we also focus on building relationships and cooperation in less formal circumstances.

On September 16, 2023, we focused on outdoor paintball integration! It is an excellent form of activity that combines healthy competition, cooperation and operational strategy – exactly the elements that accompany us every day in our work when implementing projects.

There was no shortage of emotions, laughter and fighting spirit during the game. Each team had its own plan, goal and tactics – and despite the competition, the most important thing was teamwork and mutual support. After intense games, we had a bonfire, conversations and well-deserved relaxation among nature.

Such meetings are not only good fun, but also a great way to strengthen bonds and communication within the team. Because although everyone fights for victory on the paintball field, in the end the whole team wins – just like in our everyday work.
