The project in Dobrzyniewo Fabryczne included the construction of a modern canopy for the terrace next to a semi-detached building. The project was prepared with everyday comfort of use and aesthetic fit to the building’s shape in mind. The terrace canopy in Dobrzyniewo Fabryczny effectively protects the relaxation space against precipitation and sun, while leaving it visually open.
The canopy of the terraces in Dobrzyniewo is made of aluminium structure powder-coated in RAL 7001 MAT. The load-bearing capacity is provided by four columns and a post beam on which system rafters with a height of 110 mm are mounted. The infill was VSG/ESG 55.2 clear glass, attached using system clips with a wedge seal. Water drainage from the terrace canopy is achieved through a gutter attached to the beam and a downpipe leading water to the green area. Profiles measuring 70×70 mm were used in the gables, preparing the enclosure for future sliding development.
A well-designed terrace canopy increases the functionality of the outdoor space and raises the standard of the entire property.
