February 22, 2021 is an important date in the history of the QUASPE brand – a manufacturer and supplier of modern aluminium and glass balustrade systems. On that day, we signed our first contracts for the delivery and installation of aluminium balcony balustrades, which was the beginning of QUASPE’s active presence on the aluminium systems market.

The first project was cooperation with M Development on the project of the “Twoja Niemeńska” project. As part of the contract, we delivered QUASPE aluminium and glass balustrades with clear glass infill, laminated with MilkyWhite interlayer, which provide balcony users with greater privacy and at the same time emphasize the modern character of the building. The aluminium balustrade system used combines high aesthetics, durability and safety of use, meeting the requirements of modern multi-family construction.

Comprehensive aluminium balustrade systems in the “Polne Kwiaty” project

In parallel, we started the project of the “Polne Kwiaty” project in Porosły, where we used a wide range of our aluminium systems for architecture and construction. The project included the delivery and use of various types of structures:

• aluminium and glass balustrades with masking blinds, which improve the aesthetics of the façade and ensure a coherent appearance of the structure,
• aluminium slats imitating wood, used as modern façade elements,
• aluminium and balustrades with balusters, which are a durable and safe solution for balconies and terraces.

The use of various QUASPE construction systems allowed us to create functional and aesthetic solutions tailored to the requirements of the investor, architects and future users of the building.

Development of aluminium balustrade systems and market experience

The first implementations allowed us to gain valuable experience in the design, production and delivery of aluminium balustrade systems and aluminium and glass structures. Each project enabled further improvement of our aluminium profiles and mounting systems, which ensure quick, precise and safe installation.

Thanks to cooperation with developers and contractors, we were able to better adapt our products to real construction conditions and the needs of the modern housing market.
