On June 1, 2021, the QUASPE brand reached another important stage of development – we started operating in our first headquarters in Zaścianki, where we combined office space and a production hall intended for the prefabrication of aluminium systems and aluminium and glass balustrades. Our own production facilities allowed us full control over the process of preparing elements and further development.

The new QUASPE headquarters has become the centre of design, production and coordination of project project, supporting the development of our aluminium balustrade systems, aluminium profiles and aluminium and glass structures.

Prefabrication of aluminium balustrades and construction systems

The launch of the production hall allowed for the project of the prefabrication process of aluminium systems, which significantly increased the efficiency of the project. Preparing the elements in the hall means that:

• we shorten installation time on the site,
• we increase the precision of elements,
• we ensure repeatability of systems,
• we minimize the risk of installation errors.

Prefabrication enables the delivery of ready-made components directly to the site, which is particularly important in development projects and multi-family projects.

Quality control of the production of aluminium systems

Our own production hall gave us full control over every stage of the preparation of aluminium balustrades. Thanks to this, we can constantly monitor the quality of materials, precision of workmanship and compliance of elements with technical documentation.

Direct supervision of the prefabrication process translates into:

• high durability of aluminium systems,
• aesthetic finishing of the structure,
• reliability of solutions used in modern construction,
• repeatable quality of the delivered systems.

Design and operational facilities of a manufacturer of aluminium balustrades

The headquarters in Zaścianki also became the work centre of the QUASPE design and administration team. The integration of design, production and operational departments enables efficient project of projects and effective support for investors, developers and contractors.

Thanks to our own resources, we can:

• respond faster to the needs of customers and designers,
• develop new aluminium and glass balustrade systems,
• test and implement new aluminium profiles,
• optimize the production and installation process of aluminium systems.

Development of QUASPE as a manufacturer of aluminium and glass systems

The first headquarters was a key step in the development of QUASPE as a manufacturer of aluminium systems for modern residential and commercial construction. Our own infrastructure has enabled us to increase the scale of operations, develop prefabrication technology and further improve our construction systems.
