1. What is the lead time?

The deadline for completion is determined individually, depending on several factors: • type of the ordered system, • purchase of raw or varnished profiles, • purchase of prefabricated elements or full bars. Assumption: • raw profiles – 2 weeks, • varnished profiles – 4 weeks, • prefabricated profiles – 6 weeks, • ordering the system with glass – 8 weeks.

2. What should you know when making an inquiry about a balustrade system?

To prepare an offer, please provide the following information: • in the case of a small project: lengths of individual sides of balcony slabs along with a specific number of these balconies, total height of the post, method of installation (to the front, from the top), • building design or list of balustrades for pricing – in the case of larger projects, • regardless of the scale – cross-section of the solution for pricing (example models are available in our balustrade catalogue), • whether the profiles are to be raw or painted – in this case it is necessary to provide the RAL colour, • type and colour infills, • type of fascia panel (if any).

3. Is there a fee for the quote?

No, the quote is completely free. After determining the scope of the offer, preparing a detailed quote usually takes about 5 business days.

4. Do glass and aluminium require any protective treatment?

No, glass and aluminium do not require any protective treatment before or after installation. No specialised agents are needed to clean them – standard care is enough for the system to maintain its aesthetic appearance and durability for many years.

5. How should aluminium components be cleaned?

No special preparations are needed to clean aluminium balustrade elements. All you need is a soft, damp cloth with a gentle detergent, e.g. dishwashing liquid. Avoid agents containing abrasive fractions that could scratch the painted surface.
