In Olmonty, a terrace canopy was constructed for a private investor using the QUASPE system solution. The project was tailored to individual functional and construction guidelines, thanks to which the terrace canopy in Olmonty became a functional extension of the relaxation zone, maintaining a coherent, modern form.
The structure is made of aluminium profiles powder-coated in RAL 7016 MAT, and the infill is made of clear 44.2 VSG/ESG glass. The selection of load-bearing elements was preceded by an analysis of the dimensions of the terrace canopy and snow zone, which determined the use of 160 mm high rafters. Water drainage was solved through a system gutter attached to the post beam combined with a downpipe. Due to the layout of the terrace, the central pole was moved to the right in relation to the canopy axis. Stability was ensured by the steel reinforcement of the post beam.
A well-designed terrace canopy in Olmonty increases the comfort of using the outdoor space and allows you to use it regardless of the weather.
